The National Construction College, the training division of CITB is completing a number of refurbishment projects over the next few years at its college at Bircham Newton, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, PE31 6RH.

We are looking to create a framework, maximum of 3 Electrical contractors who are willing to quote for works on request and have the resource to complete the works in a timely manner.

The framework will be for 12 months, with the option to extend for 2 x 12 months extensions.

An example list of the works is listed below but there may be others as project specifications develop.

• Electrical Installations / Removal
• Various Electrical repairs ranging from Standard Commercial to Tower Cranes
• Testing and certification of circuits
• Contactable 24/7 with availability of attending out of hours call outs

Each request will require contractors to attend site and provide a written quotation within one week of request and be able to commence works within 2 weeks of a purchase order being given.

The winning criteria will be based on price and availability.

A mandatory site visit is arranged for 8 July between 10 - 4 for you to view a room and provide a brief and price to complete the work, which will form part of the scoring.
