Peterborough Maintenance Contractor

CITB is completing a refurbishment project along with ongoing maintenance with its potential new Head Office based in Peterborough.

The successful contractor would need to be able to carry out certificated Electrical works, Plumbing and Carpentry and basic maintenance as and when required.

On securement of the lease the contract will be for 12 months with 2 x 12 month extensions available.

When work is required the successful supplier must attend site and provide a written quotation within one week of request and be able to commence works in line with CITB requirements.

The winning criteria will be based on price, quality and availability.
