Who are the Top 100 Women in Construction?
The Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction was launched in 2022 and aims to showcase the influential women that work in the sector.

The Judging
The awards are judged by an independent panel of experts. The process will consist of:
- A shortlisting round where all the judges will score entries, identifying a shortlist for each category
- A second round where all the judges will review the shortlisted entries to determine the winners for each category. Those on the shortlist will be given the opportunity to provide further information or supporting evidence to their nomination.
- During the second round the judges will also determine the list of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction and the winner of the most influential overall.
All winners will receive a bespoke award and winners’ certificate. The Top 100 will receive a bespoke pin badge and award programme. Those shortlisted will receive a complimentary ticket to the awards. If your nomination results in someone being shortlisted, you will also receive a complimentary ticket to the gala dinner.
Inclusion in the Top 100
All those who are nominated for any award category are automatically eligible to be included in the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction list and accompanying publication. This means that even if a nominee does not win a specific category, their influence and contributions could still be recognised as part of this prestigious annual list.
The final Top 100 will be determined based on scoring across categories in rounds one and two, as well as input from judges on the breadth and impact of nominees’ work. This ensures that the awards not only celebrate winners but also celebrate and elevate the many exceptional women shaping the future of construction.
When will the Top 100 be announced?
The winners will be revealed at the official Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction awards ceremony on Thursday 18th September 2025 at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, Manchester. Those that are shortlisted and those whose nomination results in a shortlisted place will be entitled to a complimentary ticket to attend the awards night in September.
