Solutions will be taken through a process of product identification, benefit analysis, change management and implementation.
It will do this through discussion-led training and workshops, discovery sessions to identify new solutions and a 'digital board room' where participating leaders can collaborate and discuss best practice in business improvement.
After the project, all the materials used in delivery and guidance on the approach will be made freely available on an online platform. This will disseminated through the wider training group network so that others can emulate the approach. The digital boardroom will continue to be available for leaders to share best practice in digital adoption.

We will achieve this through five key activities:
- Developing a supply chain performance dashboard - to track performance improvements.
- Developing a procurement skills diagnostic tool - to assess the training needs of participants.
- Developing 8 CPD accredited training courses, 8 e-learning modules and an online resource library of learning videos, materials and tools.
- Delivering 92 training sessions and over 200 days of coaching through three work streams:
- 40 organisations participating in 10 supply chain improvement projects.
- Direct trainer led delivery to 400 supply chain organisations in the 3 target sectors.
- 300+ organisations access procurement training through our online portal.
- Monitoring the impact of our training interventions.

The project will establish a strong framework of instructors and mental health first aiders that will help tackle this increasing issue within the construction sector. Funding topic:Careers and recruitmentProject lead:WRW Construction Ltd.Amount awarded:£1,129,346Project summary:The project has three key threads, addressing directly the school, FE and HE sectors.
In partnership with Microsoft, the first thread targeting primary school teachers will use the Minecraft Virtual construction scenario to stimulate and encourage school-age children to consider careers in the built environment. Strong support from Microsoft will lead to UK-wide Minecraft ‘clubs’ creating a nationwide exposure to STEM and the construction industry in particular.
A second thread will establish two fixed site ‘hub’ facilities enabling practical reinforcement and integration with students’ learning experience.
A third thread will implement a mobile facility to enable cost-effective engagement over a wider geographical area from each hub. Each mobile unit will provide typically three-day events based in FE/HE institutions.

- BuildBack - which will develop a routeway for employers to access a talent pool within the sector.
- FE to Employment - this enables full time learners to have work experience within the sector and to improve their employment opportunities. This work stream will build confidence for employers to offer work experience placements.
- The final work stream - 'Sector Engagement' will build awareness of the sector to ensure the sector is appropriately qualified. This employer awareness campaign will enable a greater take up of training.

Funding topic:Careers and recruitment, Learning resourcesProject lead:Wates ConstructionAmount awarded:£47,152Project summary:The Think Build project is a pilot programme adapted from the award-winning Think Logistics programme set up in 2014 as a partnership between several logistics firms and the charity Career Ready.
Its aim is to provide an effective method of employer engagement in schools. Industry volunteers deliver workshops to younger teenagers, leading to an in-depth programme of mentoring, masterclasses and work placements for 16-18 year olds.
How did we do today? Give feedback
