These companies benefitted from CITB funding. They wanted to improve the way they worked, through training up their workforce and management team, as well as connecting better with their suppliers and customers.
Experience is the best teacher
The support I’ve had from older colleagues throughout my career has been a great encouragement to me, from starting out as a gas apprentice, to first becoming a Chief Executive, a role I found extremely tough in my early days.
