The Be FaIR framework gives employers a structured way to develop and embed fairness, inclusion and respect (FIR) in their company. This approach allows employers to support their workers and grow their business.
The Breakfast Club (commission)
Developed in partnership with key contractors, who are all SMEs, the Breakfast Club will deliver eight bespoke interactive training and personal development sessions for 48 new industry entrants (4 cohorts of 12) over a 15-month period.

Leadership and management are key skills for all construction sites and an area where the industry has identified a need for greater support and training. CITB has a range of different resources from short course grants to funded ILM qualifications
