Applying for short course grants
CITB Registered employers can apply for CITB grants for approved short courses (training that lasts from a minimum of 3 hours to maximum 29 days).
Existing CITB Centres
If you are an existing CITB centre, you are pre-approved to become a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO).
Long-period qualifications grants
We pay grants for approved higher level qualifications which take more than one year to complete that focus on the core construction skills needed across the industry.
Scotland Apprenticeship grants
We pay grants for attendance and achievements on approved Apprenticeships in Scotland.
Employers with in-house training
If you are a construction company with an in-house training department that provides non-commercial training, you could apply to become a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO).
