It will familiarise them with the A3 form that they will use to capture key project data and outcomes and enable them to draft initial content for the Define section of the form.
Lean practitioner module 3: Embedding Lean
The purpose of this standard is to provide the learner with the knowledge and skills to build the Lean Practitioners confidence in their ability to lead an active project through to the final stages with additional support throughout the process.
The workshop focuses in more detail on the later sections of the A3 publication and enables participants to draft initial content for their projects.

The purpose of this standard is to provide the delegate with an overview of the legal and contractual elements of digital construction tools.
